We are not like others. "We don’t say that we think outside the box - because we’ve never stepped inside the famous box" Our aim is to create experiences that relate to the consumer and create a reaction. Our process starts with understanding the "why" and relating this to the target of your events.

Food - an important part of the experience

Dinner for two, or several thousands, we take care of everything with extensive hospitality experience and our own Executive Chef, Stefan Karlsson. We not only develop event concepts, but we also develop custom menus and dining experiences. Xtended allows you to have one vendor for events and food together. We have four restaurants but also a lot of unique and untraditional places to host large or small dinner seatings. Locations which may be the final piece to tie together an event theme. 

Communicates through all channels ...

Each and every event requires communication before and after. Xtended has a department that works with digital media and activation through social channels.

We build it all together as a whole with a common thread.
